What we do

Healing the Shadow

At Divine Shadow, we create a nurturing and compassionate space where healing can unfold. By combining the transformative practices of Internal Family Systems (IFS), yoga, breathwork, tarot, and other healing modalities, we gently guide you in exploring and honoring the shadow aspects of yourself.

We are here to walk with you through the most tender and challenging experiences—whether you are navigating the depths of grief, including the profound pain of pet or child loss, or recovering from the trauma of rape, sexual abuse, or narcissistic relationships. We offer support in healing from the scars left by suicide attempts and in reconnecting with your body when you feel disconnected or unsafe within it.

Sarah

Trauma- & IFS-informed shadow mediator, senior software engineer and death doula who runs an itty-bitty cat shelter that focuses on end-of-life and critical care cats from her home. BS/MS in software engineering (2011/2012); BS in Kinesiology (2024); death doula* (2023), yoga instructor* (2023), informed Internal Family Systems (IFS)* practitioner (2024).

After surviving rape and sexual assaults, miscarriages, narcissistic and toxic relationships (romantic, familial, and platonic), Sarah finally asked “Why?” That single question changed the course of her life. She created My Divine Shadow to share, hold space, and bring awareness, knowledge, love, and compassion to the very parts that we rejected in ourselves order to save ourselves.
